Gentle, grounding yoga and healing breath to let go and release. We do asanas for deep connection to self and to us as energy beings inviting our body´s natural capacity to heal. Meditation to balance and heal the heart chakra.

Connect, relax and renew.

We will practice asanas and mantras from different yoga traditions. And we might dance!
